Very fast delivery. Brilliantly packaged, intuitive installation of both the vacuum cleaner and the app. It's great in operation; despite having two cats in the flat who wander into the garden and onto the patio, it keeps the flat clean. The cleaning station requires no intervention, apart from emptying the dirty water and refilling the clean water for mopping. The station is a bit noisy when cleaning and drying the mop, but that's understandable.
Intuitive app and pairing with the vacuum cleaner
Once the flat was mapped, the orientation was brilliant, as was the identification of obstacles and cats lying around ;)
Mops and vacuums brilliantly
You can set up the mop cleaning and vacuuming to your own preferences via the app - definitely an advantage in a larger flat.
more intensive vacuuming and mop-lifting when it goes onto a carpet
lovely design
large tanks for clean and dirty water
The dust and dirt bag from vacuuming is easily accessible.
It mapped the flat on the second attempt; you have to map it first before you can start the first vacuum/mop.

Vacuums excellently

The app is clear and intuitive
The cleaning process in the station is noisy, but that's understandable.

A super high-quality product, our first robot vacuum cleaner. I hope it will last for a long time. There's almost nothing to criticise, the minor imperfections can be forgiven🙂
It speaks Czech and the app is in Czech
Cloud in Germany
You can select individual rooms to be cleaned
Orientation in the field
Vacuums and mops
The mops take a little longer to dry in the home station 🙂
Multiple attempts to pair
Not much included in the package (e.g. dust bags)

We've only had it a short while, but it's made us happy right from the first time we switched it on.
A simple and clear app - pairing went smoothly
easy maintenance
Sufficient power (for vinyl floors)
quiet (only a bit louder for a few seconds when emptying)
It navigates brilliantly and doesn't fall down the stairs
it's great to watch in the app which room it's currently working in for you
the station door needs quite a firm press to open - the station moves in the process, so you have to hold it in place with your other hand

Although the wait for the vacuum cleaner to be delivered was a bit long, it eventually arrived. I was deciding between other brands for a long time, but in the end, I chose this model and I can say that I don't regret it so far. Connecting the vacuum cleaner to the Home Connect app went smoothly, it has no problems going over small thresholds, and even the fur from our pet on the laminate flooring disappears as quickly as water evaporating in the desert.
Operating the station is simple and it's not at all disruptive in the flat.
When I tried to buy more replacement bags they were out of stock, otherwise I can't fault it for now.

I am very satisfied with the Bosch Spotless Max Cam BCRDW3BX vacuum cleaner. I particularly appreciate its easy operation, practical functions, and the fact that it significantly simplifies my daily cleaning. It navigates well around the space and saves me a lot of time that I would otherwise have to spend vacuuming. The modern design and overall user-friendliness are also a big plus. For me, it's a great household helper that I definitely recommend!
Deals with pet hair excellently
Simple and intuitive control via the app
You just have to pour out the old water and top it up, otherwise it's maintenance-free
It speaks Czech and the app is also in Czech.
It avoids obstacles well
It even cleans itself during the cleaning process
More expensive accessories (filter, bags, etc.)

For me, the vacuum cleaner is a really great helper around the house. We have a male cat at home and it does a very good job of vacuuming up his fur. A big plus is also its successful and modern design. The app control is very intuitive and simple. I like that the vacuum cleaner tells you what it needs, so you don't have to spend ages figuring out what needs refilling or cleaning. The option to set your own cleaning schedule is also great. For example, you can set it to only vacuum on Wednesday, just mop on Friday, or to vacuum and mop at the same time. The individual tasks and rooms can be easily customised as needed. Overall, we are very satisfied. Cleaning is significantly easier thanks to it, and it really makes a difference, especially in a home with a pet.
Deals with pet hair excellently.
Excellent options for scheduling vacuuming and mopping
Simple and intuitive control via the app
I can't think of anything
Our cat is still scared of it, so he prefers to disappear to a safe distance when it's cleaning. 😄
