Slightly higher price, slightly worse cutting properties in terms of cut quality. Performance acceptable. Parkside PGHSA 20-li A1 worked much better - but it was able to cut through 2 trees and the gear wheel was moved out of the working position and the show was over. If you could combine the advantages of both, that would be great. So far I have not found any other adequate solution to my requirements.
Mechanical chain tensioning ensures stable tension. Other saws don't have this, and combined with the tool-less lightweight bar clamping, it's an annoying problem. Every now and then, the chain loosens.
Due to the short bar, the machine is primarily designed for thin branches. It doesn't have a good ratio of speed, pitch, tooth engagement. Especially with thinner branches, it bounces off the cut, tears the bark, and it is difficult to make a clean cut without secondary cuts around. The use for nursery pruning is questionable.
Compared to others, it is not optimally balanced, it is quite front heavy.
There is no suitcase for post-season storage of the set.
