I also have a GAS 12V and this 18V version seems better. Firstly, it sucks better, but it also has normal nozzles in the accessories.
You can take the carpet with it and you don't have to pull out a big vacuum cleaner, great for "smaller messes".
The container is overly complicated inside, cleaning could be easier
