I rate it 3,5 or 4. The mixer itself is ok. It has 12 speeds + turbo max speed. It hates longer running, when it runs for max about 5 minutes it overheats. He will let you know by feeling it in your hands. There are two bowls one as a mixer set and the other higher one in which you can mix. The lower one, which is like an adjuster, has some gears in it, and over time two things happen 1. the gears get machined and it starts to work quite hard. 2. water and everything possible gets in and you can't just get it out and clean it. So when mixing, sometimes something rusty and nasty drips into the prepared food. many. I guess. So in time it will become unrecognizable. The last one's holding so far.

cannot be kept in the dishwasher or immersed in water - water gets into the lid and cannot be poured out (no drain holes)
