We bought the hob as a replacement for an old Ikea induction hob. Compared to it, it is significantly louder in terms of confirmation tones even during actual cooking (it has a noisier cooling system).
But the same can be an advantage for people with poorer hearing.
The hob is otherwise well crafted and, for example, Turbo Boost can be activated with a single click. At the same time, I see it as an advantage that the last selected plate remains active (can be adjusted in the settings), or that it can be set to automatically lock after switching off. A very valuable feature for a household with children or pets. It also offers a finer power selection (stages 1 to 9 are with intermediate stages) and when I want to turn on the hob, I can choose whether it starts at stage 4 (by clicking [-]) or 9 (by clicking [+]).
At the same time, I personally prefer circles as a marking of the plates before the "sight" - one can more easily settle the pots on the center.

It scratches easily even though I protect it very well
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product. Ever since we bought the hob, I keep dreaming of another one... I hope other Bosch hobs are better
