We switched from glass ceramic to induction, 400 V wiring, 3 phases, everything wired correctly, but when using the combi zone and separate hobs at the same time, it was falling into an error (E417) that wasn't even described in the manual. We contacted Bosch support, they immediately replied that an electrician had to come - it looked like a bad piece, so we returned it in 14 days.
