We have been using the hob for about 2 months (we switched from gas, also BOSCH). This one is subjectively noisier than gas when cooking, but it's within the norm. The noise can be likened to the deep whirring of fans, it's not unpleasant but you'll definitely be aware of it. It cooks quickly (against gas), the functions are practical, the operation is simple and the indicators are clear. Kids like it too, so a childproof fuse comes in handy: -). Practical insights for maximum performance: the board is divided into 2 sections (1. the section on the left are 3 round heaters and the 2nd section on the right is the flexi-zone). Each section runs independently on one electrical phase. Hence, the maximum power of one section is 3.7 kW. So if you are cooking on a round heater, even at minimum power, you cannot turn on the boost for max within the same section (on another round heater). performance. However, it is possible to put the pot in the flexi zone and turn on the boost there. It's such a minor limitation that must be taken into account. I like the frying function, which does not burn the oil and does not burn the food. It's a pity that Alza doesn't provide assembly in Hradec Kralove - we would welcome it. This is how we had to get a Bosch certified electrician to get the warranty.

For Hradec Králové it was not possible to arrange an assembly service from Alza. A certified electrician is required for warranty purposes.
