The product fulfills its function, it just has several shortcomings compared to the same products of other brands. The opening of the plate for the keys is secured only by a piece of plastic, which is easily deformed. Locking in the opposite direction than closing is probably just a matter of habit:0) The key positions are close to each other and it must be taken into account that if the keys are not hung separately but perhaps on a ring of several keys, they will occupy several positions and when the extreme positions are occupied, there will sometimes be contact with the keys and the mailbox cannot be closed. Locking and unlocking is done only with the included key and care must be taken against its loss. Overall, the product corresponds to the price range, if you want better, you have to pay extra, sufficient for our purposes.
