Basically, they wanted to make a cheap clothes dryer that had the parameters of the expensive one. But savings were made on critical components. So you still have to buy a ground screw for anchoring etc. So for myself, I recommend buying a more expensive clothes hanger that has a metal bracket in the ground and is 20 cm higher.
