if you have a heavy machine, most of the pads will change the noise level depending on how you put the laptop there, as the design simply folds.
For machines that cool well, it does not lower the temperature almost at all. For machines that have small fans and can't cool themselves, it makes a difference of several degrees.

Not bad, helped bring the temperatures down a few degrees. I power the pad from the charger, for the sake of better cranking, as USB won't give you the full 12v that the fans run on.

I am very dissatisfied with the store! I ordered a new stand, but it arrived already unpacked and with a faulty fan that rotates slower than the others.
Beautiful design
When connected to the laptop, one fan rotates slower than the others and the airflow is very weak even though the speed is set to maximum.
