Before I bought it, I looked at the reviews on the web. I was afraid of the nozzle, but in practice it drinks well. Even while riding a bike. According to reviews, the insulation will help by about 2°C compared to a regular bottle. But that wasn' t a problem for me, I consider thermal insulation just as a pleasant bonus. It holds well in the bike holder and can be easily removed with one hand. Good bottle for me.
