Initial use is more complicated because the appliance has so many programs and the included instructions are not the easiest to understand, but once you get through it, it's an advantage. The washing machine should be very economical, that's why I chose it, however it is a bit noisier. Perfect for a smaller bathroom where there isn't as much space, it's taller and very narrow. We've had her for a while now and everything seems to be working as it should. So we haven't tried the phone app yet, but I appreciate that the option is there.
