The gentlemen who brought the washing machine were helpful and friendly. They disconnected the old one, took it away, installed the new one and switched it on. Everything was done on a Saturday, so I didn't have to take time off work. I have had an excellent experience and can only recommend it.

I bought the washing machine for the cottage for occasional washing. Even though its dimensions are smaller, the washing machine doesn't jump around like crazy. Anyway, the quality will show over time. The washing machine does not come with instructions in Czech language, which you will find out only when you unpack it at home. Alza has instructions in Czech language on their website for download.
