Charging the battery just take it out of the camera and put it in the charger. It is not possible to wire the whole camera e.g. via USB and charge.

It meets the requirements of a small compact for the casual user.
The complex optics are noticeable, but I have to praise, the photos are excellent and in this price range and equipment probably the best choice.
Easy to use, everything in English, everything understandable.
LCD and sunlight clearly visible.
The instructions state that a 67 filter can be fitted with a reducer. But then you don't put a sun visor. Unfortunately, nobody has the 59.5 to 67 reduction itself and the original costs 1/3 of the camera (just the plastic ring). I purchased a 59 filter, backed it with paper and will also put an aperture. Canon should think a bit about the prices.
Crazy price of the original battery only 1000mA, which lasts only 200 photos without flash. For someone who uses a camera every day, this is quite an unpleasant surprise. The camera will report the battery about 5 photos before the end. I would prefer pencils even at the cost of increased space. Surprisingly, the battery is fully charged in 1.5 hours.
