The Nescafé Dolce Gusto Genio S cannot be closed easily with this capsule (only by force, which could damage the closure). A few uses fine, now when making coffee, after a while the bottom plate gets pulled to the magnet from the capsule holder and water starts flowing instead of vertically, perpendicular to the coffee maker and almost outside the glass.
Without the rubber lid, the coffee maker closes just fine

My daily consumption is usually 3 capsules a day. The original Dolce Gusto pack has 16 of them I think, which usually lasted me 5-6 days max. This way I have one universal, I buy a pack of coffee and it lasts me for a much longer time, so you definitely save if you like capsule coffee. I recommend it, it's worth it.
