I use it with a Panasonic TX-L37D25E TV, which doesn't have bluetooth, and Sony bluetooth headphones, which have external sound cancellation. As a result, the sound doesn't clash with the TV's speakers or the wife and daughter, which are worse than a Free Europe jammer. So for me it fulfills the purpose, but it's not full stars.
