It's pretty small, but the usual stuff will fit. I had to leave the rest of my stuff somewhere else. At least it's lighter.
Robust zippers. These might hold up.
It can fit a laptop and some junk + folders with files.
It's not very big
The straps slip off the shoulders
Only the main pocket has zippers with two sliders
Only one main pocket, one smaller front pocket.
The other pockets are shallow. So for a wallet or a cell phone

I was looking for a backpack that I wouldn't be ashamed of even in a suit, it looks versatile and attractive. For the price I find it very good and the processing is hilarious. The only minus is really the fact that it can't be opened all the way down to tip the pocket.
