Wasted money - if the phone cost 5-6k, I'd say OK, but you expect more from a 15k phone. The system works terribly - slow response, the phone even gets stuck and unresponsive at times. The thermal camera is probably good but otherwise the camera doesn't take very good photos. The phone was 2 times on the complaint - arbitrarily turned off (battery at 70%) and it could be turned on only after connecting to the charger, otherwise it did not respond. Now after the second complaint (new piece) so far it holds. Buying another phone for 5k will do a much better service. Maybe for the money it will at least last a while - time will tell. I gave the CAT phone another chance after years - first time disappointment - it didn't last much but after the second experience I can say - never again!

The phone is quite nice, except for one, fairly important thing - I have practically nothing to charge it. Anything that has a USB-C PD refuses to charge it, except per laptop (but it charges very slowly for a change). I also have several powerbanks with different quick-charge technologies - the only thing that works “reliably“ is I use the original cable and charge from a USB-A slot with QCP support, but even that is not 100% and sometimes it just stops after a while. This makes the phone almost unusable, one would expect it to charge at least “normally from USB ([email protected] or something similar) - a bench error, charging will start, but then it will stop. With the help of a USB-C cable (double-sided) charged, there is really practically nothing, I only have one power bank at home, which is one on one (! ) can charge a single port with USB-C PD 20W support. From a port that has 100W or 60W no.
The same goes for charging adapters, you will have more luck with some USB-A and QCP. So good luck.
In desperation, I wanted to try charging wirelessly, and it didn' t work. I found out that Qi is not charged at all until after considerable research, it is stated in many places, not elsewhere. I' m usually not interested in wireless charging, this would save the situation, oops. There is a difference between S62 and S62 Pro - that Qi does not charge us, it probably would not be so Pro.
For the money, I would probably recommend it to just someone who uses a thermal imager, but maybe it' s still better to just buy a thermal imager.
If I personally return it, I' ll change my mind, I' m not far from it.

The second device switches off automatically after approx. 3 months of use. Really sad at 14k tel. battery life also nothing much. I hope the S62 will be better.
