The kettle is for 1.2 L of water, according to the measuring cup on the kettle, the sieve covered with plastic at the spout of the kettle can be thrown away, so the plastic that remains on the kettle and comes into contact with hot water remains only in the hinge arm of the kettle closing. Which is great. It's made of double glass, so the kettle is slightly lukewarm after boiling.
If you want to ingest a little less phthalates from plastics I recommend it.
The kettle clicks very softly after boiling. so it's easy to overhear the water boiling. but that's the least I can do.

I am surprised how impractical and even on the edge of safety the drain of the kettle is.

it is easy to see how much water is in the kettle
quite fast
when draining hot water, the flow is not smooth, a steel ring is placed above the drain and so the outflow is leaping
it's tighter
when the lid is hot, it is difficult to close

One of the few kettles that has a stainless steel lid and you can see inside. So far so good, I hope that it won't pour as much plastic as ordinary kettles. The only thing that disappointed me is the wrong volume on the alza (which could generally be larger).
Glass, it's easy to see how much water I'm filling
Inside glass and stainless steel, including lid (plastic latches and hinge)
Alza writes the volume 1.5l, but in fact the MAX feature is at 1.25l - although with a large enough margin and would probably cook more.
