Power is sufficient, it is lightweight, easy to handle and easy to assemble and wash
The 3,5,8 mm plates supplied by the manufacturer as standard are the only ones available. You can't get others like it because of the special mounting and the 71mm diameter of the plate with the mounting and the center hole. No other board sold on the market I have fits or can reasonably modify to work. The manufacturer of the grinder wrote me that they don't make any other. The grinder is good for use in the kitchen for meatloaf and carboys, unfortunately for wider use like sausages and home-made products absolutely useless just because you can't get a different diameter plate
