Setting up the app and connecting the chipolo went smoothly, all functions work as they should, the notification that the chipolo is out of range only works if you move far enough away from the last recorded position, about 100m. If I was within a radius of about 15 m, the notification did not work when the connection was interrupted (interrupted by inserting it into the metal box).

The background notification on loss of range doesn't work as expected, so we only find out that the chip is out of range when it's too late: )
The ringing chip stopped working after a few uses
The application requires constant access to the location (even in the background) even though we don't need it. We could just have a function where we are alerted that the chip is not in range

This tracker is suitable for notifying a forgotten thing. But at least in Košice it is probably not enough, I would also say that there is no community search network to search out of range of the tracker from the mobile phone.
