The grinder grinds well but if you don't want to buy replacement containers I don't recommend it. I thought I was buying a better product for the money, but I was wrong again. The grinder is fine but the whole jar cracked and then shattered and we only put 1 in the dishwasher by mistake and that was enough. The proof that it is not about quality is that these containers are normally and commonly sold separately on the internet....
