Added two more drying floors, mushrooms are sometimes a lot: -) and the dryer is doing well. After a couple of hours of drying, I toss the palate, but this is the same for all dryers.

My mother-in-law speaks highly of it, she had it on loan and has wanted to own it ever since. So we bought it for her for Christmas. She was very happy, she is an avid mushroom picker.
The plates have to be swapped, but this is simply a design flaw of all dryers that have multiple floors.
