This is one of those products that will make you sincerely happy exactly twice. The first time you unwrap it and the second time it goes in the trash. That's a nice kettle. But to call it a fast food factory is a gross misunderstanding of the meaning of the word fast. I made a load - a pint of water in a kettle and a pint of water in a pot on the stove without a lid. The water in the pot boiled faster than in this kettle.
When pouring, if you tip it over, the water starts to flow out from under the spout and tends to die on the pouring figure. Also, the "lock" on the lid is done so cleverly that if you forget to "lock" it, the lid will fall out when you tilt it.

As with some of the other reviews below, bought for the design
Extremely slow boiling. My old Severin took 3'30" to boil one litre. This kettle takes just over 7' - twice as long!!!

That being said, the kettle is nice, ceramic, but the bottom is just plastic wrap or god knows what it is. But I would expect a higher quality of workmanship, the colour is not even everywhere, the sealing silicone is unevenly applied on the bottom, etc. Otherwise, it looks functional and has the qualities you would expect from a ceramic kettle. Only the pouring could be better done, it must be poured slowly so that the water does not flow upwards.
I would also like to add and correct the product information in the description - the kettle has only 1 000 W, not 1 200 W and the maximum volume is approx. 1.1 litres. The heating time for this maximum amount is a relatively long 6.5 minutes. Anyway, I don't expect anyone to buy this kettle to heat large amounts of water on a regular basis, but rather to heat water for a cup or two of tea/coffee, so then I guess it's bearable and appropriate for the low wattage.

Overall, the kettle is good
It's a pity that there is a small plastic part inside the kettle - when you buy ceramics.
Also, the wooden base of the teapot is probably not made of wood or at least doesn't look very convincing, although I understand that perhaps real wood could suffer.
If not handled carefully, the ceramic lid can get stuck, which can result in breakage.
