I'm not happy with the product at all unfortunately, lucky I tried it on based on another negative review before I wrapped it under the tree. The kettle would not turn on (tried with water, lid, several times). I don't know if it was a fault with the fuse or the switch, either way the switch was very dodgy. Compared to an old kettle of the same volume, it is huge and more difficult to handle. In addition, nowhere is it stated that the minimum volume for cooking is 0.75 litres of water. The scale is difficult to read because it is covered by the handle. And the last straw of this "amazing" kettle is that you never spill all the water out of it due to the design of the spout and spout, there is always some left at the bottom. I had to wipe it with a cloth. A piece of junk with a nice design.
