when I compare products in a similar price range I am satisfied. Other manufacturers use much more plastic, even in internal gears. When you use your head on a product and not just brute force, plastic parts are ok.

For a long time, I chose a robot to have all the functions that I most commonly use in the kitchen. After considering all the other options and comparing with other manufacturers, I bet on Concept and I am again pleased with the product of this brand. I have had the robot for several months now, I have tried it x times during that time and everything is running as it should. He can handle dense “heavy“ doughs without any problems. I am satisfied and if it lasts at least a reasonable time, there is nothing to complain about. It would be nice if the manufacturer added additional accessories to buy. And of course I can recommend shopping on Alza, everything is absolutely perfect again, from ordering to collection.

Lots of accessories, hence the 2 stars
I also wrote to the manufacturer, but he didn't help me much and therefore I don't recommend the product.
After about 4 min. the robot shuts itself down! So when you do something that takes longer to whip it sucks and you have to turn the robot "off" and then turn it back on after a while. I'm disappointed.
