Infrared - destroys bacteria, which I appreciate when drying meat, stainless steel plates, preset programs, quiet operation, no need to toss the plates even when drying meat - everything dried evenly.
I had to return it because it stopped working, but that can happen - just a bad piece. I'm not going to let it go. Alza made the replacement immediately, so only complications that I hope will not be repeated.

Capacity sufficient, so far I have only dried meat and the number of plates was enough
Higher price category, but that's understandable, it's a higher level
The preset programs are great.
Sterilisation - excellent function, especially when I dry mainly meat

No need to shuffle the plates, everything dries evenly
Infrared - healthier drying, destroys bacteria, counteracts decomposition
Stainless steel, dishwasher safe
