Very slow heating, very slow browning. By the time I'd made a snack for the whole family of only 4, it would be lunchtime. Interchangeable plates are fine, but they are useless if the clicking system does not work and the plates do not hold. The temperature indicator light is also useless. Basically, it just shines nicely. I definitely cannot recommend this product.

After a few minutes, both lights fell into the body of the sandwich maker and began to melt. Although I knew about this problem from previous reviews from other customers, I naively thought that it was a bad series, which will certainly be withdrawn from sale in cooperation with Alza - the supplier, and I am taking an upgraded piece. So no, the problem still persists! With this sandwich maker, I recommend that you also supply a small powder fire extinguisher and household insurance in the package, or a voucher to the hotel before they reconstruct your burned-out apartment / house. The entire QA department of Conceptu probably works remotely from home and releases production products based on photographs. Otherwise, I can' t explain it like that.

Already after the first use, the colored diodes on the top of the device slowly began to fall 🙈 and after about 4 ingestions they fell completely and began to smoke and stink terribly 🙈 for me a very dangerous device that can start to burn 😡

As everyone here writes, the toaster started to smoke and the light came on. I do not understand how the manufacturer could put this product into mass production and sale. Either they never tested it or they said that well, the lights will melt and people will breathe plastic.
I also don' t understand that alza still sells this toaster, even though it' s obviously a faulty product. They also increased the price since I bought it: D Overall, they offended me

The indicator light that shows the toaster is heating up has melted (the toaster has started smoking). More people here have had this experience, so probably poor toaster design or assembly. I think it's dangerous on the whole.
