The vacuum cleaner looks like a decent piece of hardware with decent equipment. Unfortunately, the functionality is compromised by the quality of the software, both on the mobile app side and on the firmware side. It's a pity, because the vast majority of the shortcomings seem to be relatively easy to fix from a programmer's point of view, if the effort was there.
He sucks
The map is sometimes randomly erased, even if you don't move the docking station or manually move the vacuum cleaner. Sometimes I think it's an update, sometimes the devil knows. Is there no way to restore the map other than running the vacuum cleaner "blind" in "dumb" mode? to draw her again.
Zones will be deleted from time to time, even independently of the map (the map remains, but the zones disappear)
Creating zones (which you'll enjoy to the fullest, thanks to the fact that the apka will constantly delete them) is very primitive and contains bugs: when you create a no-go zone over an existing zone, it may not then go to the small zone to select because it will go "under" the large one; when you try to zoom and have your fingers on the zone, the zone moves instead of zooming; there's no magnet available to make the zones easier to link to each other; I can't save zones, so that I can have more zone profiles or have a chance to restore zones if the previous one disappears.
The manual motion control is without a map, which makes it impossible to manually "direct" the vacuum where I need it without seeing it.
It keeps forgetting the basic settings of the vacuuming/wiping mode. You set the mopping and vacuuming to the highest intensity and turn on the UV before you give the start. Then you give it a start and lo and behold, the mopping and vacuuming is back to medium intensity and the UV is off. Pain.
The pairing needs to be done on a better signal than the actual operation requires. In the end, all it took was to put the vacuum cleaner right next to the wifi.
From time to time it has a problem with orientation, which is especially evident when it returns to the docking station. When he fails to hit the docking station even on the third attempt, he gets the shit kicked out of him and goes off to try somewhere completely out of the way. Eventually, when he runs out, he'll fall asleep and you'll find him buried under a cupboard somewhere.

It takes more time to learn and understand how to set everything up to work as it should. They'll clean up so much, I'm sure I won't be returning it. He's a great cleaner and that's why we have him. So, if it has any minor flaws, it is a matter of the application and setting up cleaning options, add-ons. There is certainly nothing to regret having it.
Great wiping, of course it doesn't wipe off a very large layer, common stains, from juice, tea.
It doesn't bump into objects, it slows down, and when the obstacle disappears in time, it continues on.
Sterilisation, it goes separately, i.e. without vacuuming, but it can be switched on even when vacuuming

It worked well for half a year after an update was released that fixed the water dosage when mopping. But now, after some cool update, it has disconnected itself from the app and can no longer be added. So we have a device at home that has the functions of a vacuum cleaner for max. 20% of its price.

I have a comparison with the iRobot s9 at almost triple the price. So - iRobot can have 10 maps, this one only one, iRobot never wanders to the charger, this one sometimes goes "through Pilsen". But - it is quiet, three levels of vacuuming can be set, three levels of water dosage when wiping. That's better than I expected. It's quieter than the s9 and significantly faster. I commend the larger container for vacuumed dirt. Overall, I am satisfied beyond expectations.

I bought this vacuum cleaner after reading many reviews, deciding between three approximate prices. This one had the best rated orientation in space and systematic vacuuming. I was looking for something mainly for such routine cleaning, especially dust, of which there is always plenty. The vacuum cleaner looks good quality and pleasantly surprised me. So far I have only vacuumed the apartment 2 times, about 70 m. Before that, I vacuumed the apartment with a quality vacuum cleaner from Miele, so I wouldn't get too carried away. The surprise was how the tank was full of dust and tiny crumbs anyway. It always starts vacuuming around the walls of one room and then systematically the center. On the carpet itself will increase the power. Around chairs and tables it does better than I do with a conventional vacuum cleaner, it goes through them from all possible sides where it can fit. So far I am completely satisfied. It vacuums more than I expected and it doesn't really crash into furniture. I bought on sale where I can return the vacuum cleaner within 45 days if dissatisfied, I recommend it if anyone has concerns like I had.
