Then he disconnected from the internet and refused to reconnect. After waiting for about 10 days, the support team told me to check for updates and download a new one.
Obviously real pros in their field, if only they would give me instructions on how to download the update, without the internet.
But okay, I'm a computer geek, I managed somehow and managed to connect the vacuum cleaner and download the update. For a while I thought I'd finally use it for what I have it for at home... Scheduled cleaning without me present.
But the vacuum cleaner started running at 2am one day! Instead of starting at nine. After four days, I got tired of trying other settings and continuing to be woken up (along with all the neighbours) by that horrible roaring noise at two in the morning, and I just grabbed the vacuum cleaner and put it a metre away from the base. By the afternoon it was discharged and then the app did not react at all to its status - a third round of resetting everything that could. And I should point out that I haven't even had him home for a month. After the third round of resets, the situation is as follows - only now am I able to evaluate how the vacuum cleaner works in different modes. But only about 5 times a week, because sometimes the vacuum cleaner just doesn't stick to the schedule, even though it is supposed to work 7 days a week at the same time. And the fact that the app shows that it cleans at 4pm, when it starts at 9am... Medium mopping performance is like spitting - you can't tell any mopping is happening at all. The cloth doesn't even get wet, and when it finally does, it only makes small rings in two places, it's definitely not mopping or wetting. For high performance, the robot's overall performance is a little better. But I would definitely rate it a 3 at most. It's a five-minute drive to the base. He's newly started moving it from the wall to the side and then he can't hit it.
Processing average, problems with maps are frequent. I couldn't find where to delete the added plans in the app.
I had a Roomba for 5 years, the price was the same, but the work of the Roomba and the vacuum cleaner can not be compared. Everything from the available features to the cleaning itself, communication, mapping, was perfect with Roomba. There are a few features missing here (anti-tangle function, obstacle avoidance, etc.), plus mopping. However, the vacuum cleaner can't even communicate properly with the app and mopping, unless it's at maximum power, is solved by leaking a little water from the cloth reservoir, so it's not even possible to get the cloth wet at least somewhere during the first half of the cleaning.
I decided to get rid of the vacuum cleaner - return, claim, I don't care. My nerves are one.
