This vacuum cleaner with mop is in a pet-free apartment, so no pet hair and the floor is tiled. The cleaning area is 104 m3 and the cleaning time is 1 hour 20 minutes. I would recommend this product to everyone.

The big advantage is vacuuming and mopping at the same time
When the robot finishes cleaning, it parks at the charging station and automatically sucks the collected dirt into a bag that is in the charging station and for about 2 months I do not have to deal with daily emptying.
It is a little harder to handle dried dirty stains on the floor, here I would give an efficiency of 98%. This is due to the fact that we cannot create as much pressure on the mop as when we wash the floor with a cloth in our hand and we can apply as much pressure as we want there

I am extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and desperate.
After starting everything was seemingly fine. However, then the problems started. At first, it was unable to load and hold the map correctly in memory.
Then he disconnected from the internet and refused to reconnect. After waiting for about 10 days, the support team told me to check for updates and download a new one.
Obviously real pros in their field, if only they would give me instructions on how to download the update, without the internet.
But okay, I'm a computer geek, I managed somehow and managed to connect the vacuum cleaner and download the update. For a while I thought I'd finally use it for what I have it for at home... Scheduled cleaning without me present.
But the vacuum cleaner started running at 2am one day! Instead of starting at nine. After four days, I got tired of trying other settings and continuing to be woken up (along with all the neighbours) by that horrible roaring noise at two in the morning, and I just grabbed the vacuum cleaner and put it a metre away from the base. By the afternoon it was discharged and then the app did not react at all to its status - a third round of resetting everything that could. And I should point out that I haven't even had him home for a month. After the third round of resets, the situation is as follows - only now am I able to evaluate how the vacuum cleaner works in different modes. But only about 5 times a week, because sometimes the vacuum cleaner just doesn't stick to the schedule, even though it is supposed to work 7 days a week at the same time. And the fact that the app shows that it cleans at 4pm, when it starts at 9am... Medium mopping performance is like spitting - you can't tell any mopping is happening at all. The cloth doesn't even get wet, and when it finally does, it only makes small rings in two places, it's definitely not mopping or wetting. For high performance, the robot's overall performance is a little better. But I would definitely rate it a 3 at most. It's a five-minute drive to the base. He's newly started moving it from the wall to the side and then he can't hit it.
Processing average, problems with maps are frequent. I couldn't find where to delete the added plans in the app.
I had a Roomba for 5 years, the price was the same, but the work of the Roomba and the vacuum cleaner can not be compared. Everything from the available features to the cleaning itself, communication, mapping, was perfect with Roomba. There are a few features missing here (anti-tangle function, obstacle avoidance, etc.), plus mopping. However, the vacuum cleaner can't even communicate properly with the app and mopping, unless it's at maximum power, is solved by leaking a little water from the cloth reservoir, so it's not even possible to get the cloth wet at least somewhere during the first half of the cleaning.
I decided to get rid of the vacuum cleaner - return, claim, I don't care. My nerves are one.

8,5 cm fits under my sofa, unfortunately I had to return it and I bought a new one which is already 9,5 and it doesn't fit: '(
2cm won't work. And it has a problem with the 1,5cm threshold and in the kitchen there is a little higher about 1cm transition bar and he struggled on that too. I also bought the ramps, but they won't come out either.

My experience is unfortunately negative, as is the experience of most of the reviews written here.
Positive points first. The suction performance was good, I liked the increase in performance when driving on the carpet, communication in the Czech language and design. But that's all
The big disadvantage was that after pairing, the vacuum cleaner was constantly disconnected from wifi and this limited the function to zero. There was a complaint and I would like to say that for 16000 Kc (in some eshops even 20000 Kc) I would imagine a better approach of the manufacturer and secondly the overall processing on the other much higher.
A new and different vacuum cleaner cost half the price, works better and the workmanship is exactly the same.
Zaver: I will avoid the Concept brand and DO NOT recommend the VR3550 model.

super vacuum cleaner, vacuums well, changes the power of vacuuming itself, great orientation in the space, everything great except the wifi.
the wifi keeps disconnecting, I tried another wifi- only with 2,4ghz, but it keeps disconnecting and connecting-thus some functions are limited or impossible through the app---I will advertise!, if it was functional so I recommend.

We are excited! We had an exchange for an older robotic vacuum cleaner and it really doesn't compare. What I'm most excited about is that I don't have to prepare the room for the robot to work, it avoids everything beautifully, I have curtains all the way down to the floor that it recognises, the older model has always rolled them up for us. He avoids perfectly scattered toys on the floor. It's also great that it boosts power when it hits the carpet, so I don't have to switch anywhere. At the beginning we had a bit of trouble with the connection, but we used the manufacturer's line, where we got helpful advice and everything works as it should.
I don't have to remove my husband's discarded possessions or the kids' toys in front of the vacuum cleaner: )
I don't have to empty the container almost every time, because the vacuum cleaner has a dust container with a large bag. (That's great for me)
