the buttons and display look awful cheap and I assume fast wear and tear
the plastic bottom frame is a disaster, just a slight misjudgement to the side and the frame falls out either from the joint that barely sticks and it's thin plastic, or at the base for tilt adjustment so I had to be quite careful when handling.
a month after using it where the joint held the bottom plastic frame cracked, on both sides so it no longer held there properly, after 2 months of use the frame itself cracked.
cheap low quality plastic
I would not recommend to those who want to move the NTB, if you have it stationary on the table and with the pad just do not move so probably OK
I am now dealing with a product complaint

Relatively efficient, but only because the board has to go to maximum power or you' ll go crazy; )
The speed control is incredibly noisy. The only setting that is relatively quiet is at maximum power.
The control buttons are ultra-cheap and difficult to press. When they are pressed, the entire cooling plate bends and creaks.
It does not remember the last settings after power off.
The latch that holds the laptop in place so it doesn' t slide down is very worn, so I' m waiting for it to fall off.
So you don' t want this product.
