The only plus is the surround sounds
The headphone driver often mutes itself
The worst cable in the world, it twists and tends to twist again immediately after untwisting

Design elements are not fixed
The microphone sounds awful
The most uncomfortable earpieces that are fixed so they don't even fit the head
The cushion on the top of the head is harder
Overall, it looks like something even a person selling low quality stuff at a fair would be ashamed of.

I have purchased this because its cheap and have some gaming & movie experience by sorting the products via USB and 7.1. This sound is not being delivered via usb even, I am not sure why you listed this heatset that way.
