Non-slip surface. I have never had a washer travel spontaneously.
I've had one for a few years now, still no problem. In total I have purchased three pieces for other sites and they are all perfect.
The wrist support does not sag, the incipient pain I had before purchase disappeared after a few days of using the mouse with the pad.
The area is sufficient for classic DPI settings on the mouse.
The surface is a little rough, but not unpleasant.
The mat is a little prone to dirt, but you just need to wash it once in a while.
