I'm using the cooling on an i5 9600k, where the idle and load temperatures are somewhere between 22-50°C. Of course, it depends on the flow in the case, cooling of other components, etc., so it is clear that someone will have a better and someone worse result. Assembly is easy, but could definitely use 2 more hands. Even so, it's not downright high girl in one person, it just takes a little longer. In idle I don't know about the cooler, it's worse when I turn on a game (also piece by piece). For example in FC New dawn I didn't even know about it at 50% rpm, but in BF V, Shadow of the tomb rider etc. when I'm running at 144hz in 2k, so the game already takes something from the PC, so the pump starts to rage and I don't wish that sound on anyone. The fans on the radiator aren't exactly the quietest, but they certainly don't make a lot of noise. They can be tuned both manually and according to the board. The blue CM logo looks nice, I personally don't play on some RGB lights in my PC, so even if it was without it, I'm all about function. Of the cheaper ones, I would choose this one. One of the few to offer a push-pull system plus a 140mm radiator.
For my i5 9600k it's plenty enough, but it also handled the previous i7 7700k, so it leaves room for some clocking
Price
140mm radiator
From 70% rpm. both the fans and the pump have already made their presence known
