Very sophisticated and multifunctional software is bundled with the device
Possibility to connect up to 6 fans and therefore 6 RGB elements
2 connectable temperature sensors in the package
Magnetic box, can be attached to the box without glue and holds firmly
It only supports PWM control, it can't control DC fans, you would have to go higher in price (I haven't tested this myself, but apparently it is)

unfortunately it can't handle 3pin DC fans, only 4pin PWM
The PRO version does both and is only 200 more expensive, so I would recommend that one
