I have put together a new computer which is quite quiet, unfortunately I found that this quietness is disturbed by a strange whirring noise which is not constant, subsequently I noticed that another customer has the same problem, I will therefore go to claim this power supply in the near future, as 14 days have unfortunately already passed, as soon as I find another alternative I could buy

Like another customer reviewed, the fan always whirrs within a certain time range, it would make sense that it happens when it is cranked up

price - obviously corresponds to the quality
Second piece, and the fan just whirrs. It is most noticeable when it goes from 0RPM to low RPM - so the windows desktop.
If it had a constant RPM you probably wouldn't know it, but as it starts up and shuts down - you can tell.
I wouldn't buy it a third time.
I've got washers underneath it, the bolts are tightened to the point where it's no more - I don't know what else to do
it doesn't whirr only when it spins really a lot + when it drowns out other fans
