I had to reclaim the power supply twice until I returned it and went to the black from EVGA.
I bought a black and white cabinet and wanted a tuning source to go with it. Unfortunately the quality of the cables is poor, not sure if it's the white insulation or just a bad coincidence. With the first power supply, when installed, only the side connectors at the main harness shot out onto the board - unrepairable, upon examination I found that most of the cables have a strong tension in the plastic termination. However, the replaced new power supply, including the wiring, had cut insulation on the exact same cable for a change, because the cables are all together in the package and the plastic endings have really sharp ends that are capable of cutting into the insulation of another cable. I had Corsair for quality, but apparently that doesn't apply to white wiring.

Like the RMx series, if you only need 2 PCIE cables, it's probably a good choice.
Owners of newer GPUs, such as. RTX 3000 with better cooling and 4000 series beware, the power supply says 4x PCIE but it's only 2 daisy chains. So if you have something more powerful and you want or need to power it with three separate cables, don't take this power supply. When I bought it, it was even in the parameters 6x PCIE, i.e. 3 daisy chains, but there were only 2 on the box. That seems to be fixed now.
