I chose the COSORI brand based on the Dtest rating and the type based on user reviews. The fryer came well packaged, as a bonus was an extra grill and 5 pieces of skewers. I missed the instructions in English, I found more information on YT and COSORI website. The operation itself is quiet, the controls use-friendly: ) The food doesn't need to be flipped, although I do flip larger pieces. There are no predefined programs like "fries" etc., here I had to search more as a beginner. Overall, I am satisfied and I can only give this fryer
