After purchasing and assembling according to the instructions, it was impossible to adjust the nozzle height so that the filament did not stick to the item - impossible to print. During calibration, the sensor got stuck and the nozzle started to rip and the item pushed the hot bed up - in the event of a late intervention, the printer would be very seriously damaged

I have been using the printer for over a year, I had to adjust, finish and so on, but I still think it was a good buy because it did a lot of work. It is more suitable for someone who is not afraid of design modifications that are quite suitable. I replaced the whole path of the filament - filament sensor, extruder, cable and hot end (the original ones had a lifespan of about 100 hours) and I finished the fairing and the camera for remote control. I print on the smooth side of the glass using 3Dlac.

Complaints are a problem. The claim cost me about 2000, - and I don't know if I will get it from them. Better buy this printer elsewhere.
