Everything was fully functional after assembly, but it took more fiddling with adjustments and settings to start with than, for example, with the Ender 3V2, where I basically didn't have to do anything and just printed perfectly. Worse bed heating can be easily remedied by buying a larger insulating pad and replacing it. The factory doesn't have insulation everywhere, God knows why. The bed adjustment must be checked frequently, or the springs replaced with elastomers, then it's fine. With direct drive, modified software and drives, the printer is on a whole different level. A great base for later upgrades, for someone who knows their stuff.

excellent basis for later upgrades
compared to Ender 3V2, the board with drivers is noisier, which may be due to the fact that the covered construction actually forms a kind of soundboard
it's not for beginners!
quite often the need to adjust the bed if you are running large format printing and using adhesive

Everything works as it should, it just takes patience and right away it doesn't work, so maybe the cable isn't plugged in correctly, don't reclaim. It is not always the manufacturer's fault. Plus, you can pay extra for the build, it's overpriced, but from what I'm reading these reviews here, it's their first printer and they don't know how these machines work.
