The book is well written (well digestible). You really get the basics from it, but at the same time I understood that it is not something I want to pursue further, because despite 224 pages of content it is really just a basic introduction to the subject.

If you just want to play around with HTML and CSS, it's just for you.

If you want to make your own WEB without smart features, it is also for you.

If you want to do something more complicated, I recommend getting a template that you can edit with the knowledge in this book. The template will help you eliminate beginner mistakes.

Too bad it can't be bought as print+digital, as the digital-only form is sometimes a clumsy choice; I'd rather have been peering into an open book on my desk, but I was tempted by the speed of access to the digital copy (right after purchase), but that's my problem: o) for some people, a book reader, which I don't have, will probably solve it.

As it happens, you can't copy anything from a locked PDF, so you have to copy all the code by hand, but at least you can get a bit of it through your fingers, which helps you remember it.
