Unless someone requires more detailed sound settings, there is no need to install any driver support program. However, if you want to take advantage of this more detailed sound setting and you are using Eset antivirus, it is very likely that you will need to follow the instructions on the sound card manufacturer's website during installation.
However, the enjoyment of the sound is worth the "complication" of installation (in my opinion).

I was really pleasantly surprised by the sound quality. I tried the sound system with Marshall Major headphones and I was very satisfied, I expected, given the price, a worse result based on other reviews, after installation I immediately downloaded the drivers from the Creative website and tested the quality of the presentation on them, no noise, no distortion

I don' t know what everyone has with the software, it worked perfectly fine for me from the first time I plugged it in and the microphone sounds amazing. I bought it for the microphone, so I can recommend this preamplifier for myself.
