I adore the slow cooker. It has made cooking much easier for me, preparation is significantly shorter for many dishes, flavors are better (SC broth is the top). The only downside is that it doesn't have a delayed start. When I bought it, I was like, whatever, never mind, but now. I was able to go to sleep and the bolognese I'm currently awake waiting to turn on was able to start cooking itself at 2am: -) Anyway, I'm happy and glad to have it.
