I bought it for my mom as a gift and she is thrilled. The pot is great for both drawing broth and especially for slow roasting meat. In the evening you throw things in the pot and in the morning you have ready juicy meat. The pot is quite large so it is ideal for a family or large eaters.

I have cooked in it three times so far, the "india", broth and chicken thighs (3 pieces) have done well. The flavours are really blended, but you still can't cook in it. On the other hand, for busy days it is great, you can really walk away from it for many hours.
