I cannot rate the product, I did not buy this type.
I bought a CTEK CT5 start/stop, 12V, 3,8A - and it works as expected. It is the second one in the family, the first one has a hot connector on the connecting 12V cable at a current greater than 2.5 A, it is currently under complaint. I found out by accident after 1.5 years of use.

Since I own a car with smart charging, I use the charger once every 14 days. If the battery lasts 4 years or more, I'll be happy with the charger.

After a long time I can evaluate - the first piece stopped working after about 3 charges, so a successful complaint, the second piece works and is an advantage that nothing needs to be set up and can be charged on the vehicle. I have a Š - Octavia III with a terrible start-stop system ( so I turn it off ) which puts a strain on both the engine and the car battery, which the charging system, for the uninitiated, charges either when the voltage drops to the 12.2V limit ( but this is when harmful sulphation of the battery takes place ) or when driving without pressing the accelerator ( compulsory gear shift - i.e. downhill or inertia commuting ), all given to save fuel, so I got an AGM battery ( better able to handle the discharge ) instead of EFB and my experience is that when the car battery is at 80% charge ( shown by the on-board computer function ), I plug in the CTEK start-stop charger and after the charging is finished ( green diode ) the car battery shows 80% again on the on-board computer. The second CTEK MXS 5.0 charger I purchased here also has to be "physically" switched to AGM battery charging, but after charging is finished the on-board computer shows 90-100%. I charge the car battery in the vehicle and of course at the skeleton point so that the car battery tracking system knows how much power the battery has received. So for me it is better to go with the simple setup of the CTEK MXS 5.0 charger at the same price level - it is better in my opinion.
no setup required - plug and forget
Charging with the car battery in the vehicle
flexible cable in freezing temperatures compared to, for example, MXS 5.0
1 piece advertised non-functional
in my experience, it does not charge my Varta AGM 60 Ah battery as well as the CTEK MXS 5.0 type

I tested the Skoda Rapid 1.0 Tsi 81 kW on a completely dead battery. The car was manufactured in 4/2019 (factory battery was completely drained in 2 years and 8 months) and since the car is equipped with a start/stop system, I was worried if the battery would be able to be recharged. The first phase "Check" lasted about 6.5 hours and only then the actual charging of the battery with a capacity of 59Ah i.e. "Charge" phase and it took about 15.5 hours, so some 23 hours of charging in total. The charger then automatically enters the "Care" maintenance state. The battery is now holding and working. I will be recharging as recommended about every 3 months, because the alternator obviously cannot recharge the battery sufficiently when driving shorter and medium distances (my wife drives 14 km to work and back in the afternoon). With a calm heart I can recommend the charger to all car owners and those who have a car with a start/stop system (and thus a special battery for the start/stop system) I recommend to recharge the battery every 3 months as a preventive measure.
It can really cope with a fully discharged battery used in a car with a start stop system
Very easy and intuitive operation
It is compact
