First of all, it is important to understand that this is not a miracle that will make your teeth as white as after a dentist's whitening. However, whitening at the dentist can be uncomfortable or even inconvenient for some in the context of having to sleep with the attachments in the mouth + the teeth are very weakened and prone to cavities for about 48 hours, white diet, etc. With this toothpaste, however, you have a noticeable difference in shade after the first 14 days, both in the case of stains on the teeth and in the case of some of the more yellow teeth, for example, slightly after coffee. In my opinion, the active ingredient is mainly the activated charcoal content. In terms of tooth sensitivity, I have to confirm that it is really gentle and the sensitivity in some teeth was also noticeably better.
The paste works and is definitely a level higher than the usual available pastes, but at the same time it is not as aggressive as various cleaning powders, which are rather abrasive to the enamel. However, this is not a miracle that will make you smile like chalk.
