ethernet also works in such a way that the phone via USB-C provides a shared connection to another device (if the phone can do it)
I was expecting the phone to charge from a charger plugged into the USB-C female on the hub, it did work, but with extremely little charging power (charging the phone in 2 days etc. ). Maybe I just misunderstood.
