the coloured number on the white background means a drotik with a stripe
white number on a coloured background with a coloured dart
the clovers need to be pushed into the notches a little

No need for pliers, everything is clearly drawn in the box, there was no mistake.
A little harder to insert the wires into the notches (I don't know what to call it properly) but with a small screwdriver I easily managed it.
