I buy this cable regularly, it's good to work with, it has shielding too, I've never had any problems with it. Of course it is not designed for outdoor conditions, you need to buy a cable designed for that.
none, only the box is often not strong enough, but just tie it with string and it's ok.

The cable is really great to work with, it is easy to load the terminals, it is not stiff to bend and it has shielding. Of course it is not suitable for the outdoor environment, it will show on it after a while that it can crack the shell.
