I originally bought the bag as my first quality laptop shoulder bag. The waiting period was about 2 months. Unfortunately, I was unpleasantly surprised when I received it, but despite that I kept it (unfortunately). You can definitely find bags for 1/5 the price that don' t look as presentable from a distance, but are much, much better quality. The leather is stretched over some stronger-feeling plastic layer, it looks like it was originally dried, but that could have been the intention during production (it seems to have small cracks everywhere there are bends). The inner lining looks nice, anyway the pockets are pointless apart from the laptop pocket. Pens and pencils are completely lost in your pockets as they are deep and taking them out is a relatively frustrating operation. The inner pockets are not ideal, as their hem is too large (the closures are too loose) and things have no support and often fall out of them. The outer pocket is both on the outside and on the inside, I have no complaints about those. The whole shoulder strap creaked from the beginning, oiling the carabiners helped, anyway the part to reinforce the shoulder strap still rubs against the shoulder strap, the only solution is to take it off, but then you have a very uncomfortable strap with the weight of the 16 inch macbook and the charger. The low rating is due to complaints and quality issues: the look and feel of the leather, and the main issue with the bag: when I turn it on and go to work (a normal walk of approx. 20 minutes), the zippers always come apart on the sides (snapping by an expert who said it would solve the problem didn' t help). Whenever there is more than a macbook and a charger present in the bag, the bag opens from the sides (open zipper) when leaning over, or even when turning with the bag. Unfortunately, I can no longer buy from this brand. High price and because of the opening, I' m afraid to carry a laptop in it

The leather is extremely thin and stretched over another material (the top layer does not feel like leather but has been reported to be leather). Apart from the handle, it is pleasant and comfortable to the touch
From the beginning, the zipper starts working, the same problem occurs after the zipper is pressed by an expert. The authorized service rejects the claim
The inner pockets are unnecessarily large (insecurely inserted things), inelastic, so things are not secured in them
The shoulder girdle creaks when walking, even using cream to moisturize the skin didn' t help
The eyes holding the shoulder belt had to be oiled, it creaked heavily at the start
